Ramo Projects (formerly Galleria Ramo) founded by Simon J. V. David and Arch. Benedetta De Rosa as a research-driven platform dedicated to emerging artists.
Initially operating in temporary locations, the gallery established its permanent space in Como, Italy, in late 2018. For over six years, Galleria Ramo functioned as an intimate, collaborative environment—more than just a gallery, it was a space for artistic dialogue, experimentation, and site-specific engagement. Housed in a converted laundromat, it represented eight local and international artists, fostering meaningful exchanges between artists, curators, critics, and collectors. Its program included three experimental exhibitions per year, a summer art residency where the space transformed into an artist’s studio, and a large annual group show.
In 2025, Galleria Ramo closed its physical space to evolve into Ramo Projects, an independent platform focused on curatorial collaborations, pop-up exhibitions, and advisory services for collectors, artists, and institutions. While the space may have changed, our commitment remains: to champion bold artistic visions, foster meaningful connections, and push creative boundaries in dynamic and unexpected ways.
